Welcome to Liang Health and Wellness Where You Matter Most

Healthy living requires a healthy lifestyle. What is holding you back? Let’s break down the barriers that prevent you from living your best life.

In over 20 years of clinical experience, I have worked side by side with orthopedic specialists and subspecialists helping patients recover from their injuries and overcome their pain and physical limitations. Most patients seeking orthopedic care do not require surgery, and even those who do have surgery can do many things to improve their experience and overall outcome.

If you have been told you need surgery but still have questions, let me help you understand all your options so you can make the right decision for you. If you feel limited by any physical injury or pain, let me help you overcome the barriers to a better life. If your doctor has told you to exercise more and lose weight, but you have no idea where to start, let’s come up with a plan for your success.

Being 53 years young and planning to live to 100, I am personally and professionally interested in any means to improve the quality of my life. Many people believe we stop moving because we get old, but in fact we get old because we stop moving. I am committed to applying all that I have learned as a doctor and as one who personally pursues health and wellness to help you stay active and live your best life.

Our approach

I will provide you with the luxury of undivided attention and time. I want to understand where you are coming from and where you want to go in order to help you achieve all your goals. I only accept a small number of patients so I can provide you with personalized care and you will have a clear direction of what steps to take next.

Providing you with a safe space to relax

I’ve committed to only house calls to care for you in the safety, convenience, and comfort of your office or home.

Remote options

This option is only for patients outside of the service area.

My Personal Status

I have an amazing wife who is a very experienced nurse and between us we have 6 children and 2 grandchildren so far. Being empty nesters, we have adopted 4 feline fur babies. I love being active and some of my favorite activities are indoor rock climbing, skiing, and snow boarding.

My Professional Journey

I graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelors in chemistry and went on to medical school at Washington University in St. Louis. I spent an extra year and a half doing medical research and working as a youth pastor before graduating. From there, I went to Rochester, NY where I completed my family practice training at Highland Hospital. I decided to pursue specialty training in sports medicine and came to Charlton Methodist Hospital of Dallas in July of 2001 to spend the next year working with local high school, college, and professional teams to expand my knowledge and experience caring for athletes from the recreational level to the elite. After completing my one year fellowship, I moved to Sugar Land, TX (southwest Houston) where I have spent most of my career to date working side by side with orthopedic specialists. In 2023, I moved to Fort Worth and have decided to change the narrative. Instead of working for a practice where I can only spend 5 minutes with a patient, I am launching a personalized concierge practice where the patient comes first.
